Don't leave your toothbrush when travelling- A guide to packing just what you need
Just recently I had to travel to the country to attend my Grandfather’s funeral. Usually I prefer to pack at least a week before the day because I tend to forget stuff. This time I was feeling prepared. I didn’t pack in a rush and it was in advance so I was good. About an hour into the journey, I’m like “ Oh Snap! I left my toothbrush.”
Has this happened to you before? I feel like this happens all the time. If it's not the toothbrush, it's the hair brush, it's lotion or something important. I hate being unprepared, I do! Especially when I try to prepare in advance but still leave behind something as simple as a toothbrush. So I was inspired to write this post.

Welcome back to the blog and to my channel. In my latest vlog, I take you along with me as I celebrate my 36th birthday — capturing moments of laughter, surprises, gratitude, and quiet reflection. You can watch the full video here: Birthday Vlog – Turning 36
As I reflect on the day, I also wanted to share 12 life lessons this birthday has impressed upon me. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or just pausing to reflect, I hope you find something that resonates.
Welcome back to another Cook With Me adventure. I’m so excited to share my second time at the Jamaica Food & Drink Festival, and let me tell you — it was even more amazing than the first!
There’s something so special about the energy at this festival. The aromas of spices, the sound of sizzling pans, and the joy of cooking together with passionate people always makes me feel inspired. In this episode, I learned to prepare an incredible lineup of dishes — from a smooth Espresso Martini to a rich and comforting Dried Fruit Stuffed Pork Tenderloin — and I had the BEST time connecting with fellow food lovers.
If you’re planning a trip to Kingston, Jamaica, or you’re a local foodie always searching for new spots, you’re in for a treat! In my latest video (Watch it here), I take you to three must-try restaurants that serve up not just great food, but amazing vibes and unforgettable experiences.
Whether you’re craving bold flavors, a laid-back atmosphere, or a mix of international and Jamaican cuisines, these spots will not disappoint.
There’s something indescribable about the moment you leave solid ground behind, feel the wind under your wings, and float—weightless—above the world. In my latest video (watch it Paragliding Adventure with SuetAnyamChorgh
), I document one such unforgettable flight. Below is the story, and why I believe everyone should try paragliding at least once.
Working hard is something you take great pride in, but without any rest, you’re only setting yourself up to be tired and burned out over time. While being productive is great, if you don’t take regular breaks, your mind and body can reach exhaustion and not be able to come up with new ideas. That is not conducive to running a business from home. To do a reset, mentally and physically, consider taking a weekend away and heading to the water. Whether it’s a boat ride, paddling, or another activity you enjoy, these types of activities can help you feel happier and centered.
We’ve all been there. That moment when something unexpected pops up and your bank balance just isn’t going to cut it. Whether your car broke down, rent’s due, or you just need to get through the week, it’s stressful. The good news? You’ve got options. Let’s talk through some of the quickest ways to get cash in your pocket without making things worse down the line.
Not only that, but consumers are becoming increasingly disinterested in supporting brands that do not put sustainability at the core of what they do. They are also willing to spend more and remain loyal to brands that make an effort in this regard. This means that working to be a little greener when running your home-based business could elevate your success and reputation, making it far easier to win over customers.
It can feel exciting to start taking vitamins and powders to support your health, especially when you hear about all the things they might help with. From energy boosts to better focus or stronger immunity, there's a product out there for almost everything.
Come along with me as I dive into the wondrous beauty of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica — a parish that often flies under the radar but truly deserves a spot on your must-visit list. In this vlog, I visited waterfalls, historic estates, dramatic cliffs, and relaxing coastal hideaways. If you love discovering local gems and offbeat adventures, this trip is for you.
