Every new year we write our goals down but what do we do to keep motivated? One thing I usually do is look for motivational quotes and save them on my phone and look at them in times when I am feeling defeated or uninspired in hopes that I would remember my goals and get motivated again. 

 I’ve selected  30 free motivational/inspirational quotes. These are my faves, the ones that give me a little oomph to do some goal crushing. Hope it inspires you as well.

I remember when I just got my job at Eservice (a call centre). I wasn’t working for a while before that so I was hungry and determined to make up for lost time. I wrote down the things that I wanted to achieve and the timeframe I needed it done by. I was about 20 years old at the time but I wasn’t anywhere near where I wanted to be. I knew something had to change. I remember reading Alvin Day’s book around that time, If Caterpillars Can Fly-So Can I and it talked about the universal laws to achieve and prosper.  I remember thinking I needed to CHANGE MY MINDSET and CHANGE MY LIFE and this new job was going to get me there.

Lord did I wish I had done more preparation. On the final stretch it became harder to breathe and my untrained legs started to ache. My toenails were tender because I had this bright idea of not wearing socks and the finish line seemed so far away.
