Healthy Hair Journey- Month 2

Hey loves,

It's officially 2 months since I did my pixie cut and I just wanted to give you guys an update. Here are some pictures of what my hair looks like now:

Dos:

  • Eat healthier

  • Take hair vitamins

  • Invest in hair products

  • Exercise

  • Wear protective hairstyles

  • I try to stretch the time between each relaxers

Donts:  

  • Avoid heat- flat irons and blow dryers and curling wands

  • Don't wait too long to get a relaxer

  • Avoid bleaching the hair

Nightly Routine: 

  • Oil scalp with black castor oil

  • Massage scalp for 5 minutes to stimulate growth

  • Wrap my hair before going to bed

  • Tie my hair with a silk wrap

Shampoo and conditioner routine:

  • I wash my hair every week

  • I use a deep conditioner all the time

  • I use hair mayonaise in my hair after my conditioner

  • I air dry my hair always. I only use a blow dryer when I am in a rush.
