Now I know the reason you clicked on this post is not that you love Instagram as much as I go ... you saw that you can make money with Instagram and you want the sauce.
Since I a girl of my word, here goes.
#1 Sell Products Through Instagram Profile.
Forget about building a professional website you can use Instagram to sell your products and or services. Simply take pictures of your inventory, add a caption, state your price, colour options, size options and how they can obtain the product after they purchase.
#2 Become An Influencer.
You can become an influencer and make money from sponsored posts. I know you've been seeing these influencers all over your timelines with the Flat Tummy teas or the bomb Fashionova outfits. As influencers, you can make and agreement with certain brands to help the promote them in your posts. Of course, you would need a good number of followers.
#3 Selling Affiliate Products
Interested in selling products but no capital to purchase products? You can consider selling affiliate products. SImply put your selling other people's products and receive a commission for the sale. The great part of this business model is you don't have to own the product.
Now before you set off to make money on your Instagram account there is something you need to know first. In order to be successful making money from your Instagram account, you need to be doing a few things first. Check out this checklist :
1. Build your followers organically first. You can't sell without an audience, right?
2. Engage with your followers always.
3. Fill out your bio so your followers know exactly what your page is about.
4. Post regularly.
5. Use relevant hashtags in your post, anywhere between 15- 20 hashtags.
6. Improve the quality of your content.
7. Produce video content.
8. Start building relationship with influencers and businesses
Once you got the basics of Instagram covered you can definitely start thinking about monetizing your profile.
